All reservation changes & cancellations will be subject to a minimum of $40.00 (processing fee). You must provide at least 30 days advance notice to cancel or change your reservation (45 days advance notice for Holiday rentals) or the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be forfeited. This policy is subject to change and may also apply to Changes of your reservation or Transfers to another property.
If you are concerned about losing your Reservation Deposit in the event you must cancel your trip, Four Seasons Rentals offers a range of insurance products to meet your travel needs. Plans may include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, coverage for theft of baggage and personal effects, accident coverage, emergency travel and health services and more. Our travel protection products include backpackers’ protection, expatriate protection, luggage protection, missionary health protection, skiing travel protection and more. Please ask us about this versatile Travel Insurance Protection; the cost is nominal (about 7% of your total non-refundable rental amount).
