A few of our rental homes allow DOGS (no cats are permitted).  Our Pet Friendly Homes are indicated by the “PET PAW” icon.  All Dogs are REQUIRED to be walked with use of a LEASH; make sure you clean up behind your pet!  The pet cleaning fee is $35.00 (per dog).  Linens (sheets and towels) will NOT be provided if you are bringing your pet(s).  A refundable* pet deposit of $275.00 (per pet) is required unless the Security Deposit Insurance product is purchased ($40.00--non-refundable).  Also, we ask that you respect the owners’ property and keep your pet OFF all furniture, including beds.  Please do NOT use owners’ property to ‘wipe down’ or dry your pet.  Following these guidelines will assure that you receive a full refund of any refundable deposits.

*Refundable only if no damage is not done to the unit including (but not limited to) scratch marks, urine stains, bite marks… all dogs must be crated when you leave the home to avoid damages.
