Pet Friendly Policy

Bad Dog! A few of our rental homes allow DOGS (no cats are permitted). The pet cleaning fee is $35.00 (per pet). Linens (sheets and towels) will NOT be provided if you are bringing your pet. A refundable* pet deposit of $275.00 (per pet) is required unless the Security Deposit Insurance product is purchased ($40.00--non-refundable). Also, we ask that you respect our owners’ property and keep your pet OFF furniture (including beds). Please do NOT use owners’ property to ‘wipe down’ or dry your pet. Make sure you clean up behind your pet! Following these guidelines will assure that you receive a full refund of any refundable deposits.

*Refundable only if no damage is not done to the unit including (but not limited to) scratch marks, urine stains, bite marks, etc… all dogs are expected to be crated during your absence from the house to avoid damages
